This competition can be entered by taking the following steps:
- Buy a new Paco Rabanne Black L’ Exces fragrance – male or female – in 50 ml or 100 ml size, at participating retailers and stand the chance to win a magnificent new Harley Davidson V-Rod VRSCDX Night Rod Special in Vivid Black valued at R189,000.
- The winner/s of the competition will be determined by the General Manager of African Sales Company (Pty) Limited. The prize/s offered can be collected from Harley Davidson Sandton for Gauteng residents at a date and time to be mutually agreed during business hours. Alternately arrangements will be made for collection or delivery of the prize/s in a location reasonably convenient to Harley Davidson and the winner/s.
- The competition will open for entry from 28 March 2012. The closing date for entries will be 30 April 2012. The winner/s will be notified via e-mail and/or sms and/or telephone and/or postal on 5th May 2012 or as soon after as practical. No persons under the age of 18 without a valid driver’s license are allowed to enter
- Entry forms submitted at all participating retailers into the entry form box. Till slip/receipt number to be written on the postcard in order for the entry form to be valid.

Terms and Conditions
African Sales Company (Pty) Limited (ASCO) competitions are open to all participants in South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland, with the exclusion of ASCO Group employees, participating agencies in the competition, prize sponsors of ASCO, and their family members.
The outcome of the competition will be decided by the ASCO General Manager. In the event of a dispute, the matter will be referred to ASCO’s auditors for arbitration.
Prizes other than cash are not transferable, cannot be deferred or exchanged for cash and are not negotiable. Prizes not collected/claimed within 6 months of being won will be disposed of at ASCO's discretion.
By entering ASCO competitions, entrants agree to adhere to competition rules and regulations, details of which entrants declare themselves conversant.
Violation or attempt to violate any rule will result in disqualification.
ASCO may disqualify a transgressor for entry into future ASCO competitions, for a period deemed appropriate by ASCO’s General Manager. ASCO may disqualify the entrant after the announcement should any rule transgressions be discovered.
ASCO and the prize sponsors reserve the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of their control and shall not be liable to entrants in such event for any cause or action.
Winners, with their written consent, may have their details disclosed and appear on radio, television, the Internet or in printed publications.
