Terms and Conditions
1. This competition is conducted in accordance with the provisions of section 54 of the Lotteries Act, 1997, as amended.
2. By entering into this competition, entrants agree to the rules set out below.
3. The competition is not open to the following people:
3.1. Directors, members, partners, agents, employees or consultants of Nu Metro or Grapevine Media.
3.2. The spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified in 3.1 above; and
4. The competition is only open to South African residents.
5. The competition closes on 30 September 2010 and winners will be contacted telephonically and announced here.
6.Grapevine Media will arrange delivery of the prize to the winners.
7. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be deferred or exchanged for cash.
8. Nu Metro and its associated or subsidiary companies, directors, officers, employees and agents are indemnified by any entrant in the competition and are not liable for any claim of any nature whatsoever for any damages or loss, which might be instituted against them, arising from, or connected with, or pursuant to,
8.1 Late, lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete entries.
8.2 Condition caused beyond their control, such as interferences with the communication systems or viruses or any other corruption of any delivery system. This list is not exhaustive and shall extend to any other condition or incident that may cause any potential entrant in the competition not being able to enter.
8.3 Injuries, losses or damage sustained as a result of the use of a prize or participation in the competition
9. Nu Metro reserve the right to cancel the competition without notice at any time, if deemed necessary in their opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of their control. In the event of such cancellation, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against Nu Metro, their employees, agents, partners, sponsors or promoters.
10. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The prize is 1 x Nintendo DS Lite.
